VITA/TCE Appointment Management System


Appointments are required at the sites listed below. We offer several ways for you to make an appointment:

1. You can call the appointment line listed for the site and leave a voicemail. The scheduler will call you back to make an appointment.

2. Some sites will allow you to make your own appointment online or request a Callback to have a scheduler call you to make an appointment. In order to schedule your own appointment or request a Callback online, create an account by clicking the "Sign Up" button on the right.

If you are not sure if you need an appointment or if you just have a tax question, call the appointment line or leave an online Callback request with your question. A certified tax counselor will return your call.

This information is only used to contact you for a tax preparation appointment. We do not share or sell this information and it does not automatically carry over to your tax return.

As required by the IRS, we use IRS Form 13614-C Intake Interview - Quality Review Sheet to gather basic information for your tax return and any tax credits that you may qualify for. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out the paperwork. You can also download Form 13614-C from the Forms and Pubs section and complete it prior to your appointment.
